Crazy day at work
So one day i was working at Marsh Creek State Park renting boats like I did every day when i went to work and all of a sudden there was a group of 150 that were with a wedding group, a boy scout group that needed 8 boats and two sailing lessons, one of them with six people... the most we usually do in a lesson is 3, so it has never been done before. So i went up to my boss with the 7 other guys that were working and we all just started laughing because we knew that there was no way we would make everyone happy. So we started to deal with the boy scouts and gave them their 8 canoes. After we got them all sent out we told the group of 150 people that they had to take a lot of turns renting boats because we didn't have nearly enough boats to send them all out at one time. Once we delt with them my boss turned to me and askes me if I can handel the lesson if another guy helped me out in about an hour. I said yes because not only would I be teaching people how to windsurf but i wouldn't really be working for an hour and getting paid $20 extra plus my hourly wage to do this lesson. So after i showed the 6 of them the ropes i got them set up on 2 different boards and let them give it a shot. Eventually the other guy came over to help me with the lesson but by that point they all knew what they were basically doing already.
